You will have a additional option which is the Hot Key. Make sure you use SELECT as the HOT KEY. 

 

N64 issue? Yes they will glitch some and we dont recommend buying solely for the N64 games.

 

How do I pay for my order if I don't have a PayPal account? 

You can still use your credit/debit card to pay for your order. Click the checkout button and you will go through the paypal platform to process your credit/debit card. It will ask if you want a paypal account but you can say no and proceed with your card information.

 

What' the difference between the USA and EU version?

The box and instruction manual is the only thing that is different. The EU version doesn't come with a Power Adapter, however, we include one for your convenience. 

 

What are your shipping times?

Each product has the estimated shipping time on the product description page. 

 

Do you provide tracking? Yes

 

What is the Guarantee that i will recieve my items?

We guarantee you will receive your product and will provide tracking to reassure you as a customer. If you need further assurance PayPal is another option for Buyer protection. We want our customers to know they are protected, so when in doubt about a company you haven't used or heard of, Use PayPal. 

 

What is your return/refund policy?

You have 30 days to return any unused/unopened item in excellent condition back to us. However, you have 7 days to contact us if the product was damaged, is defective/not working. After the 7 days the item is considered used and no refund/return is available. If we do consider a refund/return after the 7 days please note that you may be subject to a restocking fee of 20-50%.
